1. SUBJECT

Present General Conditions refer to supplying of educational IT advanced Courses (hereinafter referred to as Courses) by Hantropos S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as Hantropos) to the Customer under following terms and conditions.

2. LOCATION AND TIME SCHEDULE

Courses will be held in the location mentioned at location page and in the dates indicated at Course index page.

3. BOOKING AND REGISTRATION

Booking can be made on-line at Course index page, and has a 5 (five) days validity: it decades automatically if not followed by registration within said period. Bookings are accepted within 15 (fifteen) days prior to Course starting date, except Hantropos states differently in the Courses index page. After booking Customer will receive to his e-mail account or fax number the booking confirmation. He will also receive the registration form that shall be filled, signed and finally sent to the fax number 02-38.20.53.19. Registration will be completed only after the receipt of the entire fee payment (see PRICE paragraph). At the said payment receiving, Hantropos will give confirmation of the registration by fax and e-mail, giving also notices concerning final location and time schedule of the course. Course will be held only if a minimum number of participants will be registered. Should said number not be achieved the Course will be cancelled or postponed: in any case the only and total amount of the Course fee will be reimbursed. Confirmation of the regular Course scheduling will be given by fax or e-mail 7 (seven) days prior to Course starting date.

4. PRICES

Courses fee, in Euro currency, is indicated singularly in each page referred to each Course, and is intended per participant and VAT excluded. Prices include teaching activity, Course material, system usage and coffee breaks. Payments shall be made by wire transfer within 5 (five) days from the booking date. We remind that registration will become effective only after receiving of the payment. 5. COURSE CANCELLING OR CUSTOMER WAIVER

Should the Course be cancelled or postponed caused by unachieved minimum participants number or force majeure, Customer will be immediately notified by fax and e-mail and the only and total amount of the Course fee will be reimbursed by wire transfer on the bank account pointed out by the Customer. Customer may also withdraw from Course registration by giving written notice, also by fax. If withdrawing will happen before 10 (ten) days prior to Course starting date, a penalty amount of 20% of the total Course fee will be applied. If withdrawing will happen within 10 (ten) days prior to Course starting date the penalty amount will be 100% of the Course fee.

6. SUBSTITUTIONS

Hantropos will accept that a different person substitutes a registered participant, provided that a written notice will be given 3 days prior to Course starting date.

7. ABSENCE

No reimbursement shall be given to Customer in case of absences of participants. Hantropos reserves the right to offer to participants the possibility to attend to missed lessons in a next edition of the same Course, provided that the absence has been provoked by force majeure causes.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Hantropos reserves the right to modify date, scheduling and topics of the Courses, by giving notice on its web site at Course index page and by directly contacting the registered participants by e-mail.

9. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Course material is property of Hantropos or of third parties: it is therefore forbidden to reproduce in any way said material without written authorization by respective owners.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Customer is aware that documents, product, images and data used during the Courses may be considered confidential. Customer obliges himself not to disclose said information.
