| This software provides a tool for collection of Metric data for the entire project development life cycle process. The Time Sheet data is directly fed in by the concerned employees on a daily basis and accepted by the system only after the approval of the respective seniors. The concerned employee gets time-to-time reminder for not filling their time sheets within a stipulated period. In case of default a notification is sent to the immediate superior and if no action is taken within a stipulated period of time it can be escalated further.
The data thus collected may be used by the organization for improvising there processes and identify the areas, which require attention of the management thus improving the overall efficiency of the organization.

The system has been developed on Internet platform so the concerned employees can access this system from local LAN as well as the Corporate Intranet either sitting within the office premises or from remote locations spread over different locations. The access is restricted by a unique user name and a password with user-friendly interface.

Data Entry/Modification

Concerned employees can fill in the data for the current day and for the days he has not filled in. A combo box dynamically provides a user with a drop down list of the Time Sheets that are not duly filled. The Time Sheets awaiting approval are available for modifications but once approved they can't be modified. Time Sheets for any date can be viewed as and when desired.

Favorite Tasks

All the major tasks to be accomplished during a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are listed and categorized. The user can set the favorite tasks that he/she is going to do over a next couple of weeks. This saves users the botheration of selecting a particular task from the long list of tasks.
